Participants will be provided with:
[1] PROGRAM: 8 weeks of progressions focused on training the lower body and midline through the following:

Before loading the system with any dynamic demands, the use of isometrics allows one to sense /perceive a physical reference point.
[CALIBRATION] - Integration/ Interruption
the "WHERE"
We continue to insulate position through the concept of proprioception; understanding where your body is in space.
[COMPOSURE] - Motor Output

In order for the most value to had, all tasks must be completed with conviction:
